All vehicles sold at Action Motorsports are covered by a 48 hr bumper to bumper warranty. If within the first 48 hrs after you pick up your vehicle from our store and anything goes wrong we will fix it at no charge to you. You are responsible for getting the vehicle to our repair center. We will not pick it up for any reason. Items not covered under this warranty are normal wear and tear parts including but not limit to the battery, tires, air breather, brake pads ect. Abusive driving voids any and all warranty.

All vehicles sold at Action MotorSports come with a with a Parts Warranty that covers most major items that could go wrong. Listed below is what is covered and what is not covered under this plan. If you have a problem with your vehicle and it is covered below you will only have to pay labor for your repair. We will send your bad part back to the manufacturer for replacement. If you do not upgrade to a bumper to bumper warranty you will be responsible for any labor done on your vehicle. You must bring your vehicle to us for repair we will not pick it up for any reason unless you pay the required pick up fee.

At Action MotorSports we offer a variety of Extended service Plans. These plans will entitle you to bumper to bumper coverage for your vehicle bought at our store. If for any reason while your plan is active and your vehicle breaks down we will fix it free of charge. All parts are covered and labor is covered too. You will pay nothing for your repair. Normal wear and tear items are excluded from this warranty. You are responsible for getting your vehicle to our store for repair. We do offer pick up and delivery for a small fee. Our Extended service plans are as follows:

6 Months Coverage is Regularly $199.99 Now just $99.99

These warranties exclude normal wear and tear items such as brakes, tires, fuses, filters and batteries.

• Use as a commercial or rental vehicle;
• Loss of time without vehicle;
• Vandalism, fire or theft;
• Crash or accident;
• Unauthorized outside repair; and
• Extreme riding, racing, stunt work, or competitive racing.
